Win Leader Engineering Ltd is a fibre cabling expertise in the telecommunications industry.   It is well equipped with a number of latest Fibre Splicing Machines such that Win Leader can handle a number of fibre splicing jobs simultaneously.   Moreover, Win Leader is also well equipped with both long-haul and short-haul OTDRs that make it able to handle a wide variety of fibre cabling projects, from long-haul cross border fibre cables to in-building fibre cables.

Moreover, Win Leader is prepared for emergency maintenance as it is equipped with the Fibre Identifiers, Light Sources and Power Meters as well as the Visual Fault Locator etc.

Win Leader is also the expertise in underground copper cabling as well.   It is equipped with a number of latest Jointing Machines, Ohm-meters etc. as well as Mega Ohm-meters for earth measurement.

With its personnel well trained with license for working in confined space, Win leader is well equipped with Gas Monitoring System to ensure the safety of works.   Moreover, Win Leader is equipped with a full list of Mechanical Aids for cabling, Water Pumps, Generators, Transportation etc. that makes Win Leader, as the name it implies, the leading contractor in external cabling for both fibre and copper cables.

2) Blockwiring

Win Leader is also the expertise in in-building cabling as well.   It is equipped with the FLUKE LAN Cablemeter and able to produce a full report on the cable system completed.   Moreover, Win Leader personnel are also KRONE Certified Installer.   Its works are certified by Krone with 20 years warranty.
