Introduction

Win Leader Engineering Ltd. was established in 1993.   It has had more than 16 years experience and is specialized in cabling, both copper and fibre cables as well as in-building and underground works, for telecommunications industry.   It is leaded by Mr. Tsang Kam On, the Managing Director with the assistance of two Managers.

Win Leader cares of its customers.   Each customer is assigned a dedicated manager to look after with.   Hence, Win Leader can provide an immediate response to the customer’s request and serve the customer with the best quality and highest service level.   Moreover, each manager has either more than 20 years experience in the practical cabling works or the latest technology in fibre and copper cabling.   These make Win Leader able to handle all types of cabling works, from horizontal customer drop-in wires to 4,000 pairs copper or 144 cores fibre cables as well as the landfall section of submarine cables.

All engineers as well as its sub-contractors have had many years experience in handling all types of cabling works and resolving site problems.   They have had experience in planning, installation as well as maintenance and are pleased to work with the customers and propose the best solution with sound engineering and most economy.

Moreover, Win Leader is willing to invest its personnel with training, keeping abreast of latest technology.   It is also pleased to equip itself with the latest tools, equipment, transportation, warehouse etc.   These facilities make it able to handle all its jobs and become the one who can help other contractors in major works.
