All managers and engineers have had in-depth knowledge and experience in both underground/blockwiring fibre/copper cabling works. Most of them were the former employee of PCCW and had handled a wide variety of projects. They are expertise in difference aspects of cabling that makes Win Leader capable of handling all types of projects without hesitation.
Win Leader not satisfies with its experience or qualifications of its engineers. Hence, Win Leader insists all its personnel, from Managing Director to its engineers, receive continuous training and keep abreast of latest technology.

Managing Director - Tsang Kam On
He is the founder of Win Leader. He has had more than 30 years in Hong Kong Telecommunications Ltd. He was Unit Manager and was responsible for External Plant Installation and Maintenance and oversee the Kowloon West region. He was involved in management a team of over 80 technical officers and technicians. He has handled a number of major works including underground 4,000 pairs copper and type of different fibre cabling projects as well as blockwiring works in major commercial buildings and residential estates. His experience in all aspects of cabling can help to tackle any site problems.
Manager ¡V Tsang Kim Ho, Danny
He graduated from University of Windsor in Canada for Computer Science. He is familiar with the latest technology in fibre engineering and good at project management. He has been working for Win Leader since 2002. He is the frontier in fibre technology and familiar in fibre testing. Hence, he is able to help customers in troubleshooting of fibre cable faults. In present his major duty is responsible for the in building fibre and cable installation for Wharf T&T Ltd. He is also present the trade test of Wharf T&T fibre cable installation.
Manager ¡V Leung Wai Kuen, Martin
He has had more than 25 years in Hong Kong Telecommunications Ltd. He was a Senior Technical Officer and was responsible for the installation and maintenance of fibre and copper blockwiring. He familiar with cabling in all types of buildings and has experience in dealing with BMO (Building Management Office) for permit of working inside buildings. He was involved in a wide variety of buildings including commercial buildings and residential estates as well as new construction sites. He is able to tackle any site problems. In present his major duty is responsible for the external fibre cable installation for Wharf T&T.
